Number 2 Seton Place is a small family run Bed and Breakfast in Edinburgh just 1 mile south of the city centre in the prestigious Grange area. A Stone built Victorian Villa, Number 2 Seton Place is rated 3 Star with the Scottish Tourist Board and has 3 guest bedrooms - 2 large rooms with a double and a single bed; 1 Twin bedded room (2 single beds). 2 of the rooms have ensuite facilities; one has a private bathroom and shower next door to the room.
Breakfast includes a selection of fresh fruits, fruit juice, cereals followed by a full Scottish cooked breakfast plus tea/coffee & toast. Vegetarian and special diets can also be catered for.
Free off street parking is guaranteed and guests can also make use of our private, walled garden. The Bed and Breakfast is only 1 mile from Edinburgh city centre - you can walk, take a bus or a taxi. There are an excellent choice of restaurants nearby; Holyrood Park, Arthur's Seat and The Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool are only a few minutes walk away.
