Nicki and Robin Hill's luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation is situated in the heart of Edinburgh. Set in a delightful Victorian terrace and within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street (1km), Elmview is a wonderful base for your visit to Edinburgh.

Glengyle Terrace is on the edge of Bruntsfield Links possibly Scotland's oldest golf course but also within an easy walk of theatres, restaurants and the International Conference Centre. Golf was played on the links 500 years ago. Today however the course is reduced to pitch and putt - the good news is that it is free, and Robin can lend you a No.8 and putter.

Each room is beautifully decorated, elegantly furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard, and includes:

  • direct dial telephones
  • telephone sockets for laptop computer users
  • refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities
  • TV / Video with remote control
  • hair dryer, curling tongs and ironing centre
  • fresh flowers and complimentary welcoming sherry

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a pleasant outlook to the sunny plant-filled courtyard whilst bedroom 3 overlooks the walled garden at the rear of the house.
